Running With Heels is a women’s networking group in New York City run by my good friend Jenny Powers. Join us for an afternoon lunch filled with pressure-free networking and learn how to battle burnout and stress with intentional list-making.
Did you know 75-90% of all medical visits are stress-related? Even The World Health Organization now recognizes work burnout syndrome as an official medical diagnosis. Its described as resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed. I’ll give tips and tricks to combat this issue and we’ll enjoy a lovely lunch together.
