Checklist for Overcoming Pre-Speech Jitters

With wedding season and graduation on the horizon it may be time to start preparing that special speech. I know how stressful it can be to give a speech packed with humor, excitement and memories, all while shaking in your own heels. For me — I tend to be drawn to the characters who are overachievers, organizers and outspoken.  Hmm…now that I think about it — I admire all of those skills.
