Lots of successful people also happen to be list makers — like Sir Richard Branson!  He’s a high-profile British billionaire and founder of Virgin Group, which is made up of more than 400 companies including Virgin Atlantic.   What you may not know is that he’s also dyslexic and struggled when he was in school. In fact, his principal told him he would either end up in prison or become a millionaire.  When I saw on his blog that he was a list maker. Win Free Stuff for Sharing Your Bucket List

Paula_MiamiThis past week I went on vacation to Miami for my birthday. I had a fantastic time relaxing by the beach and eating lots of delicious food. Even though this wasn’t an especially exotic vacation, it got me thinking about my bucket list and all the amazing places I’d love to visit and things I want to do before I “kick the bucket.” The thing about having a bucket list is that it is personal to you, so you’ll never feel like your list isn’t as good as someone else or the other way around.

  • Live in Paris

In fact, there are many celebrities who are known list makers like Madonna and John Lennon.  On Pinterest I made board dedicated to productive celebrities:

No really, I can be pretty slow with even the simple things like reading, eating, even chopping vegetables. I think that’s why working in the news business is so appealing to me. We have really strict deadlines, which forces me to do things quickly and not procrastinate. Read more

Make Life Easier With This Book

Less_Doing_More_LivingHave you ever wished that you could do less and get more out of life?  Well it turns out you can if you know how to hack your life.  Last year I interviewed Ari Meisel for a video I was producing at work because he suffers from Crohn’s disease and he had developed ways to reduce his symptoms.

One of the ways was through stress reduction.  He’s basically optimized, automated and outsourced every aspect of his life.  Three of my favorite things!  You’ll hear more from Ari when you read my book “Listful Thinking: Using Lists to be More Productive, Highly Successful and Less Stressed” in January 2015.
