Listen to my List-Making Webinar

I recently participated in a webinar on FriendsHealthconnection.com – it was a total blast! We talked about list making at home, work, for loved ones, for doctor’s appointments, techniques to turn kids into list makers and so much more! This is a link to the audio from the class — I hope you’ll visit and check it out.

It’s amazing how something as simple as a list can really help you focus, keep on task and get more done. Check out the class and please let me know what you think. If you have any questions or would like me to write about a particular topic — feel free to drop me an email: paula@listproducer.com.

Join the List Maker’s Challenge

List makers seldom need an excuse to make a list.  I make lists of things I’d like to do, movies I want to see, books I want to read, things I need to buy, etc. But what about list making just because?  Oh yeah — I do that too!  It’s one of the most fun forms of list writing — just jotting down ideas for the hell of it.  You’d be surprised how much it makes you think and how creative you really are.

This March, I’m participating in the 30 Days of Lists Challenge again.  I did it back in September and it was a blast.  I’m a sponsor this time and this is my official link to get people to sign up. I even get a little kickback money if you sign up here. 😉 Early registration costs $8 and this is what it’s all about: Read more

I’m thrilled to announce that I will be participating in a webinar on Wednesday, February, 8th at 8pm ET.  It’s being hosted by the fabulous people over at FriendsHealthConnection.org, which is a community website for people dealing with health issues.  It’s for people struggling with an ailment, people who love them and just about anyone else who is interested in health.  They have hosted other guests such as Dr. Maya Angelou and the Dalai Lama.

The webinar will focus on list making and how it can make you successful in all areas of your life: work, home, body, mind and soul!  It will be live and I’ll use my webcam to communicate with everyone.  There will be a moderator and we will take as many questions as possible in the hour.  After the success of my teleseminar a few weeks ago — I’m really looking forward to this new format.  I do hope that you’ll join me!  Please sign up today.

Disorganized CEO Keeps It Together With Lists

One of my favorite things about this blog is featuring successful list producers each month and showing all of you how “cool” list making can be.  If it weren’t for lists — this month’s list producer may not be the woman she is today!  Seriously!  I met Laura Verallo de Bertotto, who is the CEO of VMV Hypoallergenics, on a shoot for almost five years ago.  I interviewed her mother, who is a dermatologist, about their skincare line.  We quickly became friends and have stayed in touch ever since even though Laura lives in the Philippines.  We share a love of lists and The Checklist Manifesto. Making Visual Lists With Pinterest

There are lots of different ways to make lists — handwritten, apps, typed out in documents, by calling your voicemail, and even by drawing pictures.  The website Pinterest.com is changing the list-making game.  I have been dedicating some real time to getting to know it and it’s fabulous.  It’s so much fun and once you start you won’t be able to stop!  My guest blogger Jennifer Anastasi is addicted!

Go Paperless With Pinterest

by Jennifer Anastasi

Have you heard of Pinterest? I’m a do-it-yourself, crafty type so I always have a list of project ideas a mile long. Previously, I thought I was pretty organized by keeping my ideas in a 3-ring binder and going through them every few months to weed out things that I’ve done or no longer plan to do. However, I’ve ditched the binder since discovering Pinterest. Seriously, I am in love with Pinterest and it has been so much fun to use it to organize my vision boards, craft ideas and more online! No more magazine clippings, random notes and paper scraps! I’ve gone paperless with Pinterest and you can too. Read more
