You don’t have to wait for the new year to start healthier habits. Whether your goal is to stop procrastinating, become more productive, or reduce your stress levels — You can start making changes right now!

When it comes to finding new strategies and tools, I’ve always loved talking to the thought leaders and authors who are blazing new trails when it comes to productivity.

That’s why I started my live-streaming show Inside Scoop — to elevate the voices of experts on everything from sleep to stress solutions at work.

It’s also why I like speaking on other expert’s shows and sharing my most productive tips.

Here are four ways to start being more productive before 2023.

1) Reduce Stress and Unlock Your Most Productive Workday

Finding new ways to motivate yourself, stay focused, and be productive throughout the day can be tricky. Between working from home, hybrid work, and stress, there’s a lot that can hold you and your employees back.

I was interviewed for two free seminars at Entrepreneur.com by their Digital Editorial Director Dan Bova. We chatted about common workplace stressors and solutions to decrease stress and get the right things done throughout the day. Read all the tips here.

2) Make Sleep Your Productivity Superpower

Sleep is one of the most powerful tools for productivity and all-around well-being. But too many of us are struggling with consistent sleep routines that work with our natural rhythms.

It’s so important to get a good sleep routine down. Insomnia actually costs the world economy $818 billion per year in lost productivity!

And it’s not much better on an individual level. Grogginess, grumpiness, even a lowered immune system — this isn’t something to mess around with.

Julie Wright, author of The Natural Sleeper, knows firsthand how damaging sleep deprivation can be. After conventional treatments failed to address her own sleep challenges, she turned to alternative therapies and found success. Check out her suggestions here.

4) Stress Solutions

Presentations, interviews or other big moments can be stressful. So how do you calm yourself down right before you need to be at your best?

Learning to handle stress (whether for an event or chronically) is important for your health and professional life. Check out this episode of Inside Scoop to discuss stress solutions is expert energy trainer, Lara Riggio.

5) Become a Morning Person

What if I told you there was a way to finish that creative project you’ve been dreaming about this year? Sounds too good to be true, right?

Ali Keller who is a writer and producer (including of my live-stream show Inside Scoop!) was able to accomplish all of that by being a morning person.

But she wasn’t always a morning person. She trained herself to become one. Here are her top tips if you’re looking to make the switch to becoming an early bird so you can too!

Let’s take these lessons from the past year and put them to good use!
